There's really not much to say here, is there? The team name translates
to the Horsemen of Jalisco, a nickname the original Charros (like
pretty much every other team in the Mexican League, this team takes its
name from a much older team in the same city) apparently got when they
showed up for an away game wearing a bunch of cowboy hats they'd bought
to protect themselves from the sun. No, I don't really get it,
either.
But it doesn't really matter, because the team has done the ultimate in
generic logos. As you can see, there's nothing but a baseball in a
circle with the team name in the circle and a big J over the
baseball. So the name is basically irrelevant. And as a result, I
really have nothing to say here, because there's really nothing to talk
about.
Final Score: 45 points.
Penalties: Region (egregious), 8 pts; Equipment, 13 pts; Letter, 24 pts.
Bonuses: None.
